St Peter and St Paul

Bishops Hull

WELCOME!

(5) North Chapel Windows

North windows of north chapel

The plain glass window with two lights is probably - judging from the size, shape and colour of the glass in the second window - one of the oldest parts of the church, dating from the 15th century.

In the larger window, the lights depict, from left to right:
the Blessed Virgin Mary holding a lily, symbol of purity
Our Lord as the Good Shepherd
Saint John, traditionally identified by the chalice
